He's still every bit as invigorated by the industry today as he was as a fledgling marketer. Ken is always looking for the next thing that will move a brand — or the entire industry — forward. Sometimes it is a small step, sometimes it is a quantum leap, but it is always Ken's first priority to find it and make it work for his clients.     Dorene Weisenstein — Executive Vice President & Chief Creative Officer

    From the catwalks of Europe to boardrooms in the US, Dorene brings her singular sense of style to everything she does. Drawing inspiration from Henri Matisse's declaration, "Creativity takes courage," she fosters an environment in which Brandkarma's creative team is free to explore and experiment until they discover what will resonate with a brand's stakeholders. Before she began her storied career in pharma, Dorene honed her skills as a creative director in fashion houses and consumer agencies, which gives her a unique perspective on the pharmaceutical landscape. The result is stand-out work that gets brands noticed — and remembered.

    Devon Malecki, MD, MBA — Senior VP of Brand & Medical Strategy

    Devon joined Brandkarma in 2008 with more than a decade of healthcare experience. He has led numerous medical marketing, communications, and educational initiatives for healthcare organizations, including pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. Prior to joining Brandkarma, he was a senior director and an education consultant at MedsiteCME, a subsidiary of WebMD, Inc. "Dr. Devon" obtained his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he also trained in anesthesiology and received his MBA.

    Levy Valverdi — Creative Director

    Levy has an uncommon ability to create images and impressions that have both the force of truth and the power of identification. Strategic thinking is the force that drives Levy's immense creativity.
